| Business Marketers acts as your exclusive transaction advisor and agent, formalized by an Exclusive Marketing Agreement, for a period of six (6) months unless extended by mutual consent. For the proposed transactions, Business Marketers will represent your company in connection with negotiotions or discussions with purchaser's thereby maintaining confidentiality, creating an active market, assisting in securing funding, and releasing you from intruptions to your primary focus which is continuing the operation of your organization. However, the specific role of Business Marketers in representing your company in all negotiations or discussions will be determined by you the businss owner. |
